Watercooling Kit Install Instruction

Dear sir,thanks for using our products!Your watercooling kit includes:Syscooling SC-C21 CPU waterblock,Syscooling SC-VB11 north bridge waterblock,Syscooling SC-VG11 waterblock,Syscooling SC-P60C pump,PD360 radiator(includes fans and fan covers),ART16 reservoir,N8 transparent tubing,screws,double-sided tape,and so on.Now I will show you how to assemble them.

    First,install SC-C21 CPU waterblock.

    We send you some videos in the other folder,please look at Syscooling SC-C31 CPU Waterblock to install this SC-C21 waterblock.

    Next,install SC-VB11 north bridge waterblock.

Please look at Syscooling SC-VB11 Waterblock(1) or Syscooling SC-VB11 Waterblock(2) to install it.

Then install SC-VG11 waterblock.

As the same,Please look at video Syscooling SC-VG11 Waterblock.

After all waterblocks installed,connect whole watercooling system with tubing.According to working requirement,arrange working position of pump,reservoir,waterblocks and radiator,pay attention to the direction of pump and reservoir(water-in and water-out),cut N8 transparent tubing into appropriate parts.

Put tubing on the tubing adapters of pump,reservoir,waterblocks and radiator(pay attention to direction again),and tighten it with hose clamps to prevent them from leaking.We prepared double-sided tape for you,if you want to put pump somewhere and fasten,you could use it.After connecting,please check whole watercooling system,make sure that every tubing adapter is tightened with hose clamp and all tubing doesn’t bend.Install process is finished,next fill the watercooling system with coolant.

Unscrew the reservoir,pour coolant into it.Raise reservoir to let cooant get into pump and radiator as much as possible.Then power on pump to let it work,and air in the system will get out through reservoir.In this process please turn radiator upside down to exhaust air completely.When air is all out,pump becomes very quiet,and you will not see any bubble in reservoir.Fill reservoir the last time,rescrew it,the filling process is finished.
